Ada Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Real Estate’s $3 billion portfolio. She has led the team’s redevelopment of 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, expanded the company’s footprint to Bellevue, and partnered with Seattle Housing Authority on its redevelopment of Yesler. Under her direction, Vulcan Real Estate has developed over 13 million square feet including 4,200 residential units, delivering an average of more than 500,000 square feet annually since 2004. Ada can be credited with Vulcan Real Estate’s widespread industry recognition for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2001, Ada worked for 10 years at Clarion Partners in portfolio management and acquisitions, overseeing a nation-wide portfolio of properties for some of the country’s largest pension funds. Brandon Morgan
Brandon Morgan oversees Vulcan Real Estate’s residential development portfolio. He has managed the development and construction of over 2,700 units, including sixteen projects with LEED or Built Green certification. Brandon is the team’s housing policy and sustainability expert, and he manages energy and water use benchmarking for the entire real estate investment portfolio.
Previous Experience
Brandon’s experience in residential development spans three decades. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2004, he was a Development Manager at Simpson Housing where he oversaw the development of nearly 1,000 residential units throughout the Pacific Northwest. Brandon also served as a Development Associate at Trammel Crow Residential in Seattle. He started his career at JPI in Texas, later moving to the company’s Seattle office.

Brian Crowe
Brian Crowe spearheads portfolio investment analysis and strategy at Vulcan Real Estate, with financial expertise in acquisitions, financing, development, operations, and dispositions. With more than 27 years of experience in real estate development and asset management, Brian leads a team of underwriters providing financial analysis for transactions across the investment horizon.

Charlie Laboda

Corey Wilson
Corey is the lead for all strategic regulatory, business, and legal issues relating to the environmental remediation required by Vulcan Real Estate’s development work. He supports the strategic plan across acquisition, design and construction, and disposition of real estate assets. Darrin Gietzel
Darrin spearheads the project cost control function at Vulcan Real Estate. Darrin has managed a multitude of complex development projects since joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2007. Deron Hayes-Hirschy
Deron Hayes-Hirschy is the in-house Visual Designer for Vulcan Real Estate. As such, she creates marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and signage, and ensures that all external-facing design materials follow appropriate brand guidelines for Vulcan Real Estate, as well as for individually-branded projects.

Deron has more than 15 years of experience as a Visual Designer. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2015, she was a Designer and Social Dance Instructor at Century Ballroom. She also participated in the first seven years of Plymouth Housing’s fundraising event, “Seattle Dances” as a choreographer, coach, and performer. Ian Warner
Ian Warner is the Public Policy Director at Vulcan Real Estate, responsible for a combination of public policy, legal analysis, and engagement with local partners to continue creating more vibrant and equitable communities.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate, Ian was a Senior Public Policy Director at Zillow where he advised business lines and government officials about regulations and consumer interests in the changing real estate, technology, and mortgage industries. Ian also served as the Seattle Mayor’s Office Legal Counsel. In that role, he advised mayors and their senior leadership teams on a broad array of legal matters affecting city policy through a legal lens. Before joining the Mayor’s Office, Ian was an Associate with Dorsey & Whitney LLP. At Dorsey, he worked with the Monitoring Team that oversaw the Seattle Police Department’s implementation of the federal consent decree to ensure constitutional policing in Seattle. Ian has also served as the President of the Loren Miller Bar Association which is a chapter of the oldest and largest organization of African American attorneys in the United States.

Kristel Felder
Kristel Felder manages office, retail, and multifamily assets for Vulcan Real Estate. Lori Mason Curran

Robert S. Arron
Robert S. Arron oversees the leasing and marketing efforts for Vulcan Real Estate’s investment portfolio. Steve Hissong
Steve Hissong is responsible for managing Vulcan Real Estate’s office, retail, and residential assets including marketing and leasing, operations, and dispositions. Since 2012, Steve has led property disposition efforts totaling $4.3 billion, including the $1.15 billion Amazon Headquarters sale, which was the largest real estate transaction in the U.S. in 2012.

Trevor Konieczny
