Michael Wang
Michael Wang manages the delivery of office assets for Vulcan Real Estate including 2 million square feet of build-to-suit office projects in the Bellevue CBD. Prior to this role, Michael spearheaded the team’s acquisitions efforts by sourcing, underwriting, and closing residential and commercial land in the Seattle and Bellevue markets.
Previous Experience
Michael has more than 15 years of real estate experience with key roles in investments, development, and asset sales. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2016, Michael was a Business Manager for new store development at Starbucks and a Senior Associate at Capview Partners, where he assembled investment-grade, retail portfolios for private REITs.
