Kiki Gram manages the development of residential and small commercial projects for Vulcan Real Estate and has more than 20 years of experience in the building industry. As a licensed architect she brings expertise in project feasibility and building codes to the team, informing early project direction and successfully navigating complex entitlements. With a design background and extensive construction experience, she works collaboratively with project teams to deliver high quality, transit-oriented, sustainable developments.
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2017, Kiki worked for Spectrum Development Solutions delivering mixed-use residential projects. As an architect, her experience spans mixed-use residential and commercial tenant improvements while at award winning firms Graham Baba Architects and the Miller Hull Partnership.
