Scott Matthews
Scott Matthews directs Vulcan Real Estate’s residential and mixed-use development projects and leads the strategic acquisition efforts for the real estate portfolio. Scott plays a key role in the master planning and strategic direction of the company’s real estate investment activities in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, as well as expansion into other local submarkets including Yesler, Central Area, and Bellevue.
Previous Experience
Scott has more than 35 years of real estate development, acquisition, and management experience. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2002, Scott served as Vice President and Area Partner at JPI in Seattle and Division Partner for the Pacific Northwest at Trammell Crow Residential. Scott got his start as a Project Manager with Delco Group and later as a Broker with Marcus & Millichap, both in Seattle.
