With nearly 30 years of development, owner’s rep, and construction management experience, Raymond Burdick has managed a multitude of complex development projects for Vulcan Real Estate. Tenants for these projects have included Vulcan corporate entities, City of Bothell, UW School of Medicine, Amazon, and Google.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate, Raymond worked as a Project Manager for Skanska and Turner, as well as an Owner Rep for Cockram Construction.
