Connecting Old Town to Downtown
Located in the heart of Bellevue, West Main is walking distance from the city’s best destinations. Comprised of three mixed-use office-over-retail buildings, West Main’s half-block campus is intentionally designed with ample space between the towers to allow for distant views of the skyline and maximum solar access. The development promotes a pedestrian-friendly environment with open green space and inviting retail that creates a vibrant street-level experience. Workers and visitors also have convenient access to several freeways and public transit options, including Bellevue Transit Center and two new light rail stations.
