Westlake-Terry

Fueling Research and Development

Westlake-Terry is a full city block property located on the main street connecting South Lake Union and Seattle CBD. The two buildings are separated by an alley, joined by a second floor skybridge, and surrounded on three sides by the Seattle Streetcar line. The West Tower is a six-story building with three levels of subterranean parking, and the East Tower is a four-story building with 2 levels of parking. The buildings are constructed with formed-in-place concrete columns and post-tensioned beams and slabs with ample floor-to-floor heights and expansive windows for an abundance of natural light and scenic views. 43,000 square feet of street level retail is concentrated at the base of the West Tower, providing restaurant and service amenities for local workers, residents and visitors.
