At the Lake's Edge
Lakefront Blocks is a mixed-use development that combines class-A office space, luxury residential units, and retail spaces. The design evokes the rich history of Seattle’s working waterfront while incorporating modern and sustainable features.
The four office buildings are designed to resemble piers, stacked lumber palettes, and shipping containers, while the Helm and Mera residential towers feature curved facades that reference a ship’s sails. Residences offer unobstructed views of Lake Union and feature luxury amenities such as rooftop decks and outdoor kitchens. Open plazas at each major intersection provide opportunities to engage with street-level retail and pedestrian amenities, while also reducing stormwater runoff through sustainable landscaping techniques.
With direct access to downtown via the Seattle Streetcar, and across the street from Lake Union Park and Lake Union Piers, Lakefront Blocks creates a walkable connection between recreational and commercial areas for workers, residents, and visitors.
