307 Westlake

A Facility for the Future

307 Westlake is a high quality, state-of-the-art facility that includes 112,000 square feet within a reinforced concrete structure with upgraded and specialized mechanical systems. Floor to floor heights, floor loading, column spacing, and vibration criteria are all designed to maximize laboratory efficiency and productivity. In addition to office and laboratories, the design includes conference, meeting, and teaching spaces.

The Seattle Streetcar stops immediately adjacent to the building, providing convenient access to downtown as well as other biotechnology organizations in South Lake Union including Fred Hutch, UW School of Medicine, and others.
