Senior Development Manager
Mike Woo manages the development of Vulcan Real Estate’s residential and commercial office projects including a build-to-suit office building for Google in South Lake Union and 700 residential units across three buildings in Seattle’s Yesler neighborhood.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2013, Mike served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine working as a consultant to a special needs nonprofit. He got his real estate development career start at a Seattle nonprofit housing developer where he managed five projects from acquisitions and entitlements, through construction and lease-up.
