David Irvine
Underwriting Manager
David Irvine is responsible for all financial analysis, market research, and underwriting support for Vulcan Real Estate’s commercial real estate portfolio. David’s work supports numerous teams, including asset management, leasing, financing, and development.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2025, David was responsible for the financial analysis and market research in the Puget Sound region for Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE: ARE). Prior to his role at ARE, David worked in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps (now known as Kroll), where he advised institutional owners and lenders on the value of their commercial real estate assets.
