Ada Healey
Ada Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Real Estate’s $3 billion portfolio. She has led the team’s redevelopment of 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, expanded the company’s footprint to Bellevue, and partnered with Seattle Housing Authority on its redevelopment of Yesler. Under her direction, Vulcan Real Estate has developed over 13 million square feet including 4,200 residential units, delivering an average of more than 500,000 square feet annually since 2004. Ada can be credited with Vulcan Real Estate’s widespread industry recognition for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2001, Ada worked for 10 years at Clarion Partners in portfolio management and acquisitions, overseeing a nation-wide portfolio of properties for some of the country’s largest pension funds. Previously, she worked at Verizon Communications, investing in real estate and in insurance at Marsh McLennan and Metropolitan Reinsurance Company.
