Allen Li is responsible for research, analysis, and underwriting support for Vulcan Real Estate’s acquisition, asset management, and portfolio management efforts.
Previous Experience
Allen has 9 years of experience in real estate private equity investments. Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate, he worked at Partners Group and CDH Investments, where he focused on private real estate investments across the U.S., Japan, and China, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, and office assets.
