A Fresh Start
A keystone project for the city’s downtown revitalization plan, the new Bothell City Hall replaces the original structure built in 1938. Featuring pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use gathering spaces, offices, council chambers, a three-level underground parking garage, and a community plaza, this project was designed as a sustainable modern office to serve the city’s needs for the coming decades.
The shared-use plaza above the parking garage contributed to the building’s LEED Gold certification. The inviting open space encourages community interaction and features planters, landscaping, and communal seating.
