The Lakefront Blocks are home to Google's newest office campus. In addition to office space, the development includes 11,500 square feet of retail and 149 luxury residential units at Helm and Mera. Located in South Lake Union, the buildings are across the street from Lake Union Park and Lake Union Piers with direct access to downtown Seattle via the Seattle Streetcar.
