Parking
There are two garages that comprise the Westlake & Terry complex, 320 Westlake and 321 Terry. The 320 Westlake garage hours are from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. 321 Terry garage hours are 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday through Sunday (closed major holidays). Tenants who purchase monthly parking are able to access whichever garage they are programmed for 24 hours per day seven days a week through the use of the building access card. Both parking garages are accessed via the alley that runs from Harrison Street on the north to Thomas Street on the south. Pre-paid parking coupons are available for purchase for tenant visitor parking by contacting the on-site garage manager or the parking attendant. Validations are sold in books of 100.
Access
It is required that all tenants notify the Building Management Office of any guests, vendors or other non-building employees, requiring access after building hours to the building and your suite.
Please complete the Visitor Access Request Form and return it via fax to the Building Management Office at least 48-hours in advance of required access. Tenant vendors must have a certificate of insurance on file with the Building Management Office.
Please remind all guests that proper identification is required for admittance into the building after-hours. Without the authorization of the access request, security will not admit your visitors.
