Welcome to Alley24! Alley24 is a 362,500-square-foot, full-block project at 223 Yale Avenue in the Cascade neighborhood of South Lake Union. It is named for its prime design feature: a European-inspired alley that is part of a wide pedestrian connection.

Alley24 East is a six-story building with 180,000 square feet of office space and 23,000 square feet of retail. Tenants include NBBJ (Alley24's architect), Skanska USA (Alley24 East's Builder), and WPP (composed of Cole & Weber / Red Cell, JWT Specialized and Y&R). The complex is designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED silver standards, with features such as operable windows, outdoor sun shades and a hybrid HVAC system that lets tenants use either natural ventilation, an air conditioning system or both.
