With over 22 years of real estate investment and development experience, Ada M. Healey leads Vulcan's Real Estate division. She is responsible for a portfolio of real estate assets valued at $1.1 billion, with the majority of holdings in the Pacific Northwest.
Robert S. Arron - Sr. Director, Real Estate Marketing & Leasing
With over 25 years of real estate marketing, leasing and investment management experience, Robert S. Arron directs Vulcan's marketing and leasing strategy for the real estate portfolio of which 10 million SF of office, biotech, retail and multi-family space is currently planned.
Scott Matthews - Sr. Director, Acquisitions
With over 26 years of development and asset management experience, Scott Matthews leads our West coast acquisition effort for Vulcan real estate. Scott's experience spans multiple product types and markets with a concentration in high-density urban mixed-used projects.
Sharon Eschbach Coleman - Director, Real Estate Development
With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Sharon directs development activities for Vulcan's commercial and biotechnology projects in the Pacific Northwest. Sharon's expertise includes site evaluation and project feasibility as well as design and construction of commercial projects. Sharon's background includes a focused expertise in adaptive reuse of historic landmark structures.
Lori Mason Curran - Director, Real Estate Investment Strategy
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Lori Mason Curran leads the formulation of investment strategy for Vulcan's real estate portfolio. Lori has an extensive background in the valuation of commercial real estate as well as conducting highest and best use and feasibility analyses.
Maria Mackey Gunn - Director, Real Estate
With over 30 years of real estate lending and investment experience, Maria Mackey Gunn directs Vulcan's real estate activities, a purview that includes properties owned and leased for the use of Vulcan and its affiliates. She also leads our team of financing professionals.
Steve Van Til - Director, Real Estate Asset Management
With over 27 years of real estate investment management and engineering experience, Steve Van Til leads Vulcan's real estate asset management group. This group manages a portfolio of diverse assets with a gross asset value exceeding $850 million and includes office, biotechnology, retail, residential, hotel and industrial property types on the West coast.
